Load Flow Analysis 2×660 MW Steam Power Plant Sumsel-8
CASE STUDY
One of the power plants that will be constructed is Sumsel-8 Mine Mouth Coal-Fired Power Plant. This power plant will be built in South Sumatra province. To transfer this energy, the appropriate transmission line will be built. In this study, we will assume some scenarios, which are Muara Enim – Aurduri COD in 2022 (as stated in RUPTL 2019-2028) and Muara Enim – Aurduri is delayed (beyond 2022).
DELIVERABLES
To confirm that the proposed size can be evacuated its power to the Southern Sumatra without any violation to the Sumatra Grid Code, to analyze the backfeeding analysis for PLTU Sumsel-8, and also possibility to backfeed PLTU Sumsel-8, and mitigating problems that occur when interconnecting PLTU Sumsel-8 to Southern Sumatra power system.
